Disciples of Love
I had the privilege of serving as both the executive producer and host for the inspiring documentary film "Disciples of Love."
In the captivating documentary "Disciples of Love," two adventurous youngsters embark on a transformative journey to Mauritius' "Just Love" festival, seeking profound insights into the nature of love. Immersed in spiritual practices, mesmerizing performances, and intimate conversations with the director, their quest unveils the extraordinary power of love, igniting a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Culminating in a captivating interview with enlightened master Paramahamsa Swami Sri Vishwananda, the film invites viewers to witness the transformative impact of love on our hearts and minds.
As the executive producer, I was deeply involved in every stage of the filmmaking process, from conceptualization to editing.
It was an amazing experience to be part of this meaningful project, and I'm grateful for the positive message it shares with audiences worldwide.
Alien's Sister
“Alien's Sister" holds a special place in my heart as it was my very first movie project. It was an amazing journey, where every day of the shooting was filled with learning and excitement.
This is a story of a lovely girl, who, beset with tragedy over the loss of her brother, befriends a benevolent Alien Boy which turns out to be a fatal challenge for her parents.
We filmed this touching story against the backdrop of Los Angeles in 2014. It was an experience I'll never forget. Working alongside Hollywood name actor Doug Hutchison, who you might recognize from the film “Green Mile”, was an absolute honor.
Against Their Will
The short film "Against Their Will," created four years ago, is my third short film and was made in collaboration with my father, who is a film director. It is inspired by real-life events in my life. It is a short film about a singing-loving girl who fights for freedom within the school system. I myself was in such a crisis four years ago, but I was helped out by both my father's support and becoming aware of the problem.
At that time at school, I felt misunderstood. My sincere joy in life, belief in my dreams, and creativity seemed to disappear behind a large dark cloud, consisting of thoughts like, “can I handle this?”. However, I realized that I was not struggling with these thoughts and fears alone. I understood that they were not my own, but rather imposed by today's society.
